Initial Registration

• Enter your name
  
  • Please enter your first name and last name.
  • We will refer to your name when confirming your identity, so please be sure to enter your name correctly.
• Enter Contact Information
  
  • Enter email address and phone number.
  • Please make sure to enter the correct information so that we can notify you of new job openings, contact you from matching companies, and contact you from Worflex.
• Password Setting
  
  • Please set your own password with at least 8 characters.
  • Please be careful not to forget the password you set, as you will need it to log in to My Page.
• After Submitting Required Items
  
  • Once you submit the items required for initial registration, you will be in a temporary registration state.
  • Worflex will send you an e-mail notifying you for the official registration, so please follow the instructions in the e-mail to register.

Update Profile Requirements

  • If you want to be a trustee of the work that has been published, you need to update the required profile items.
  • If you write down your teaching skill and appeal with an introduction movie, it will be easier to match.
• Required Profile Items
  
  • Personal Information (Date of Birth, Sex, Nationality, Status of Residence): This is the basic information of the person himself/herself, so please fill it out without omission.
  • Bank Information: Please be sure to enter the correct information because it will be used for payment.
  • Identify Verification: In order to verify your identity and confirm whether you can work in Japan, we ask you to upload your Residence Card. Please upload a photo of the front and back of your Residence Card.
  • Language Skills: In order to check if it matches the language skills required by companies, we ask you to enter it.
  • Teaching Skills & Work History: In order for the company to decide which applicants to match, they will check the content of Teaching Skills and CV. The more details you provide, the easier it will be to match.
  • Introduction Movie: You can upload a self-introduction video for self-appeal. Instead of omitting the interview step, the company looks at the worker's atmosphere and way of speaking and uses it as a basis for matching. Please upload attractive videos.

Browse Job Posting

• How to Browse Job Posting?
  
  • When you open the top page after logged in or the “Job Posting” page, a list of currently published jobs will be displayed.
  • You can see the details of the job when you click on the job that interests you.

Job Application and Matching

• Job Application
  
  • Please open the job you want to apply for, check the job description and conditions. Then, if you want to be a trustee for the work, click the "Apply" button. Then, please agree to each item listed and check each box, and apply.
  • Matching has not been established at the time of application.
• Establishment of Matching
  
  • When the company confirmed matching, the matching is established.
  • When the company matches another applicant, the job offer will turn to “Finished” status.
• Contact from the Company After Matching
  
  • After the match is established, the company will contact you by email.
  • If there is anything you would like to confirm before work or if you have any matters to tell them, please contact them directly.
  • If you receive an explanation of the work content in advance, you will be able to start work smoothly, so we recommend that you check with the company in advance.

That Working Day

• Description of Work, Start of Work
  
  • Please come to the designated place on time. Please do not be late. Depending on the situation, the use of the service may be restricted.
  • Please be sure to check any unclear points or concerns about the work content before starting work.
• Dealing with Tardiness and Absence without Notice
  
  • If you are late due to public transportation or unavoidable reasons, please be sure to contact the company you are working on before the start time.
  • If you are absent without notice, the use of the service will be restricted. If you have to be absent due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the company you are work working on as soon as you find out.
  • If you are repeatedly late or absent without unavoidable reasons, we will limit the use of the service.

Review/Receive Compensation

• Request for Review
  
  • After the work is completed, please input the review for the company that you worked on. The payment to the worker will be finalized after the worker and the company finished to input the review.
  • Please answer the question “Do you want to work there again?”, and please comment about the atmosphere and state of the workplace.
  • Comments can be viewed by other workers and can be used as a reference when the workers are considering application, so please cooperate.
• Receive the Compensation
  
  • The compensation (including transportation expenses, if applicable) will be transferred to the bank account registered on My Page on the 15th of the following month.
  • Regarding the example of the monthly transfer amount, please refer to “How much is the amount of the compensation?”

If you forgot your registered email address.

• If you have forgotten your registered email address, please use the Inquiry Form to let us know that you have forgotten your registered email address along with your name.

If you forget the login password for My Page.

• Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, enter your registered email address, and follow the confirmation email to change your password.

If you want to change your registered email address.

• Please use the Inquiry Form to let us know that you would like to change your email address.
• In that case, please let us know your name, current registered email address, and new email address.

Change your password

• Please use the inquiry form to let us know that you would like to change your password, or click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, enter your registered email address, and follow the confirmation email to change your password.
• If you wish to change your password by the Inquiry Form, please let us know that you would like to change your password as well as your name. After receiving the email, we will send instructions on how to change your password to your registered email address.

How to update?

• Change the contents of the item you want to update, and click the "Edit" button.
• Please note that the information will not be updated unless you click the "Edit" button after making changes.

Change Name & Contact

• If you would like to change the Name & Contact registered at the time of initial registration, please contact us using the Inquiry Form.
• When contacting us, please be sure to include your current registered name.

Confirmation of matching Job Postings

• Please open the Work Schedule and select only the "Matched" status.
• Only matching Job Postings will be displayed, so click "Show detail" for the Job Posting you want to check.

Confirmation of more details of work contents

• For more detailed of work contents, please contact the company directly after matching.
• After matching, the company will contact you by email, so you can contact the company by replying to it.

Procedures are required after the work is completed

• Please enter the review for the company you worked on. Compensation will not be finalized until the review has been finished.
• The review will be a reference for other workers to apply for the company's job postings, so please take care of it.

If you are late.

• If you are late for the start time of the outsourcing contract due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the company as soon as you know the fact.
• Regarding the handling of compensation for lateness, please consult with the company.
• Depending on the situation, the use of this service may be restricted. So please do not be late.

When you have to leave early.

• If you have to finish the work earlier than the end time of the outsourcing contract due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the company as soon as you know the fact.
• Please consult with the company regarding the handling of compensation for leaving early.

Cancellation after application

• Cancellation after application is not possible. Please carefully check the job description, schedule, time, and amount of compensation before applying.
• If you need to cancel due to unavoidable reasons, please contact us using the Inquiry Form with your name and the Job Posting you applied for.

Cancellation after matching

• After matching, the outsourcing contract will be in effect, so please negotiate directly with the company regarding cancellation.
• Depending on the situation, the use of the service may be restricted, so please carefully check the job description, schedule, time, and amount of remuneration before applying.

Worker's compensation amount

• Since it is a compensation for the work based on the outsourcing contract, the compensation amount stated in the outsourcing contract will be the worker's compensation amount.
• However, if a company entrusts the work of an English teacher, it is obligatory to withhold income tax on the compensation amount at the time of payment, so the amount after deducting the withholding income tax from the compensation amount will be transferred.

Check the history of amount of compensation you have earned

• You can check the history of past compensation amounts and transfer amounts in "Balance History" on My Page.
• The compensation amount includes transportation expenses and excludes withholding income tax.

If you want to check the individual reward amount

• If you want to check the details of the compensation amount for an individual job, please check the compensation column of the individual job posting for which the job has been finished in My Page's Work History.

Timing of Compensation Receipt

• The amount after deducting the withholding income tax from the compensation amount will be transferred to the bank account registered in Profile on the 15th of the following month.
• The payer of the compensation amount will be the company that you worked, but Worflex will make the transfer on behalf of them.

Compensation Details

• We will issue a compensation statement for that month, every month.
• The amount of compensation, transportation expenses, and withholding tax are listed for each work implementation date and company.

Reissue of compensation statement and questions about content

• Please contact us with your name and target month from the Inquiry Form.

Regarding the difference between the compensation amount and the transfer amount

• Based on the outsourcing contract, the consignor company is obligated to withhold income tax on the amount of compensation for the English teacher's work.
• Therefore, there will be a difference only for the withholding income tax between the contracted compensation amount and the transfer amount.

Regarding withholding income tax

• Withholding income tax will be 10.21% of the compensation amount (excluding consumption tax), and this withholding income tax will be paid to tax office by the company, so there is no special handling for workers.
• In addition, by the end of December every year, we will inform you of that year's compensation and withholding tax amount obtained through Worflex in "Payment Record (支払調書)". Depending on the total amount of annual compensation, there are cases where it is advantageous to file a tax return, so please take advantage of it. Please consult with your tax office for details.

[Example of monthly transfer amount]

When commissioned work with a compensation amount of 9,000 yen (including consumption tax) only once a month.

Compensation amount 9,000 yen
- Withholding income tax of 835 yen (= Compensation amount (excluding consumption tax) of 8,182 yen x 10.21%)
= Total transfer amount 8,165 yen

What is Review?

• Workers and companies conduct mutual review, which will serve as a reference when other workers decide to match with companies. Thank you for your cooperation.

What is the content of the review?

• You will be asked to rate Yes or No on whether you would like to work again. Please evaluate the work content including the atmosphere of the company. By combining the review of other workers, it is possible to see the rate of wanting to work at that company again.
• Please also enter your comments. Please write useful information when applying, such as job description, prior explanation, company atmosphere, etc. Comments will be displayed to other workers and companies.
  *Please do not include content that may slander the company or include personal names.

Review entry method

• Enter your rating after the job is done.
• Open the Work Schedule page and put a check mark only in "Need Review" to display jobs that require review.
• Click "Create completion report" to move to the review screen. Select Yes or No, and enter your comments, then submit.
• After the worker's review, the company will entry the review for the worker.

Review from company

• We have a mutual review between the company and the worker, and the company also reviews the work of the worker.
• We hope that it will be used as a reference for matching with other companies, and that it will be useful for improving the work of workers.
• The review content from the company is Yes or No to the question, "Do you want me to come to work again?", and comments.

Who can see the review from the company?

• Companies that publish jobs that workers have applied for in the future can be viewed.
• The rate of companies who wanted the worker to come again and the comments can be viewed.

Check open job postings

• You can check the currently published Job postings on the Job Posting page or on the top page after logging in.
• It is possible to refine search by working date, area, and class size.

Check the job posting you applied for

• You can check them on the Work Schedule page.
• If you put a check mark only in "Applied", only the job postings you applied for will be displayed. However, you won't see jobs that are matched with other applicants.

Check job postings for which review has not been completed after work

• You can check them on the "Unfinished list of review" page in My Page.
• If you put a check mark only in "Need Review" is checked, only job postings for which review has not been completed after work will be displayed.

Check past job postings for which review has been completed

• You can check them on the "Work History" page of My Page or "Work Schedule".
• If you put a check mark only in "Done", only job postings for which work has been completed and review has been completed will be displayed.

Send an email to the company before matching

• You cannot send an email to the company before matching.

Send an email to a matching company

• After matching, the company will be able to send an email to the worker, so please wait for an email from the company. After that, you will be able to communicate via email.

Refine search

• It is possible to refine search job postings by working date, area, and class size.
• On the Job Posting page, tap "Refine your search", set the conditions you want to narrow down by Date (within 3 days, 4-7 days or a week later), Area, and Class size, and click the "Search" button.

How to log in to My Page

• Please log in from the Login page.
• To log in, you will need your registered email address and password.

If you cannot log in

• If you forget your registered e-mail address, please refer to Forgot Your Registered Email Address and Password.
• If you forget your registered password, please refer to Forgot Your Registered Email Address and Password.

Issuance of tax withholding slip

• Since work done through Worflex is based on an outsourcing contract, not an employment contract, a tax withholding slip will not be issued.

Issuance of payment record

• Since work done through Worflex is based on an outsourcing contract, a payment record for the compensation amount will be issued.
• The payment record will inform you of the amount of compensation and withholding income tax paid from January 15th to December 15th every year, and will be sent by email by the end of December.

Inquiries and reissuance of payment records
